Information You Provide
When you set up your profile or log your health stats, you provide us information about yourself. This may include: email address, age, and gender, physical metrics (including height, weight, and fitness level), any data you manually enter, such as blood pressure readings, glucose levels, and exercise routines.
Camera Permission
After you grant us the relevant permission (via the camera access alert or via the Settings app on your device), we may have technical access to your Camera that is required to measure your heart rate. You can review and/or withdraw your camera permission given to the App at any time via the Settings app on your device. In any event note we cannot collect, store or use the data contained in your camera roll.
HealthKit Information
We may access the Apple HealthKit service to read and/or write health data (including heart rate and other health tracking-related data). We do not collect or store any data in HealthKit in any form, nor do we sell it to advertisers or third parties.
Information Collected Automatically
We may collect certain information automatically when you use our Services, such as your Internet protocol (IP) address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, mobile advertising and other unique identifiers, browser or device information, general location information (including approximate location derived from IP address and time zone), and Internet service provider.

Heartly does not sell your Personal Information. In certain circumstances we disclose your information to third parties for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our Services, to protect us or others, or in the event of a major business transaction such as a merger, sale, or asset transfer.
